All bookings require a deposit unless an alternative agreement is made.

 

If you wish to completely cancel a booking without 24 hours notice, any payments made will not be refunded. Deposits can be transferred with more than 24 hours notice if bookings are rescheduled to within a week of the original booking otherwise a new deposit must be paid.

 

I may refuse to reschedule or request a higher deposit at any point.

I have the right to cancel the booking prior and during if inappropriate behaviour arises at any point. This includes but is not limited to; online or in person stalking, arriving more than 5 minutes late with no communication, asking for additional services without wanting to pay, trying to convince me to provide a service I don't offer, pressuring for unprotected services, repeated questions about my personal life, unnecessary chit chat when texting for a booking, spam calling and texting.

If I am at fault of the cancellation due to illness or other personal emergency I will offer a refund or we can organise to reschedule. This will only happen if it as my fault and not the fault of the client.

By organising a booking with me you have agreed that you have read my advertisement, my location, my services I offer, my rates and touring dates and you agree that your deposit is non-refundable should you miss any information and change your mind. You forfeit your deposit if you made a mistake that you could have prevented by reading my ad. By organising a booking with me you agree you have read my advertisement and agree to this cancellation policy.
